Hypnocalm Birth Skills CPD course
Hypnocalm birth skills CPD course is for trainee and qualified hypnotherapists, childbirth educators and is open to anyone from the medical profession who wish to learn some extra skills and practical techniques for use in labour and birth.
The course focusses on practical relaxation techniques and comfort measures which help to control labour discomforts which can help mums find the right method for pain management.
Upon completeion of the course, you will receive a Hypnocalm Birth Skills Certificate and will be added to the Hypnocalm database of practitioners under the 'Birth Skills' heading.
The contents of this course are:
Relaxation positions
Breathing techniques
Positions for labour and birth
Touch techniques
Mindfulness techniques
Distraction techniques
Labour tools
The fee for this course is £150 for the day
